    Technicians from after-sale service center shall ordinarily visit the customers, offer services as free training, mixer maintenance, on-site test ect., and provide relative improvement suggestions.

    In order to provide convenience to the customer, SICOMA adopts the low-price strategy for the wearing parts, ensuring that the customers get quality spare parts

    Commitment

    Fast Response: the customer service staff shall offer settlement within 15 minutes after receiving customer complaints.

    Arrive at the Spot: arrive at the customer spot within 4 hours for provincial capital, and 8 hours for secondary cities customer spot, arrive at customer spot within 24 hours for remote districts

    On-site Settlement: arrive at customer spot and settle the problem within 24 hours.

    Settlement: Settle the customer complaint within 24 hours.
